The free spec

We offer a written spec at no cost and with no obligation. Requesting or receiving one does not create a contract or commit either side to a build. The spec is yours to keep, use, or hand to another team.

Engagements

Any paid work, whether a fixed-window build or an operating partnership, is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Nothing on this site is, by itself, an offer to enter such an agreement.

What you send us

When you share a brief you confirm you are allowed to share it. You keep ownership of your idea. We are glad to sign an NDA before you send anything sensitive; just ask.

What is ours

The text, design, and code of this site are ours. The work we show is abstracted under NDA: the categories and regions are real, but client identities are not disclosed.

No warranties

The site is provided as is, for information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of every error or always available.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the current version.
